So you're in a call and you think, hey wouldn't it be great if Sharon were on this call with me? Here is how you conference a person into a live call on most Poly phones.

Step 1. Make or receive a call.

Step 2. While in a live call look at your screen and choose the "more" button.

Step 3. At the next screen press the "conference" button.

Step 4. Dial the extension or phone number for the person you want to conference in.

Step 5. Once the person to be conferenced (is that grammatically correct?) answers press the "more" button again.

Step 6. Press the "conference" button again and now you are all on the same call together.
